Ingredients
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
1 medium raw onion
1 handful of raw cilantro
3 tbsp of chickpea flour
1 tsp of salt or salt free seasoning
Olive oil to sauté or bake

Instructions

1. Blend the chickpeas and salt in a food processor.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and cilantro.
3. Add the chickpea flour; then shape into nuggets.
4. Sauté nuggets in a small amount of olive oil
until they are golden.
Alternative: Bake nuggets at 350° F for
20-25 min or until they are golden.
