Fitness Walking is a type of cardiovascular exercise program for all physical activity levels that combine, low, moderate, and vigorous movements. Rhythmic walking, jogging, and running in place, improves coordination, conditioning, balance, flexibility, and relaxation, all in a one-hour class.
