Coalition for Black Health & Wellness

A coalition advancing health equity for Black residents through culturally responsive education, advocacy, and community partnerships.

Eastside Community Health Partnerships

A multisector group supporting the Eastside Health Center and connecting residents to health and social services through bi-monthly meetings.

Healthy Eating Active Living (HEAL) Zone Collaborative

A resident-driven collaborative working to improve access to healthy food, safe active spaces, and neighborhood wellness resources.

Mujeres Activas en la Salud (MAS)

A resident advisory group collaborating with the Arlanza Family Health Center to identify community needs and link families to local services.

 

Resident Leadership Academy (RLA)

A 12-session program that builds resident advocacy and leadership skills to address health disparities, safety, and environmental conditions.

 

Residents of Eastside Active in Leadership (REAL)

A group of RLA graduates who work with partners to implement community improvement projects and address quality-of-life issues.
