A 10-session parent empowerment program that strengthens early childhood development, family engagement, and school readiness. Covers literacy, early math, emotional well-being, health, leadership, and advocacy.

Childbirth Education

Prenatal classes that prepare expectant parents for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery using evidence-based coping strategies, comfort measures, and birth planning.

Community Doula Trainings

Training programs that expand access to culturally aligned doula support among BIPOC, Black, and Spanish-speaking communities to improve equitable birth experiences.

FACTS (Adolescent Health) Program

Youth and family education focused on healthy behaviors and decision making, including general health presentations, Making Proud Choices (STI/HIV and pregnancy prevention), and parent–teen communication.

Mamás y Bebés / Mothers & Babies

An eight-session program supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals with mental health strategies that reduce the risk of perinatal depression and strengthen parent–infant bonding.
