The Programs and Services Department delivers comprehensive, community-centered programs designed to improve health outcomes and overall well-being across the lifespan. The department provides compassionate Cancer Support and Navigation services, strengthens families through Child and Family Health programs, advances access to coordinated care and supportive services, and promotes prevention and healthy living through Community Health and Wellness initiatives. Together, these programs work to reduce barriers to care, address social and health-related needs, and support individuals and families in achieving healthier, more stable lives.

Founded in 1911, Community Settlement Association has been a cornerstone of Riverside’s community for over a century. As an affiliate of Riverside Community Health Foundation since 2016, we are dedicated to promoting family wellness, education, civic engagement, cultural awareness, and community strength.
