DESCRIPTION:Come out and join us at the 10th Annual Holiday Posada at Patterson park from 5 – 7 PM. During this event we serve over 100 families by providing TCC Grant information\, resource vendors\, toys\, food\, arts and crafts for the whole family and much moore.  \nDuring our FREE event we bring a culturally diverse approach to celebrating the tremendous accomplishment’s of our resident leaders who have worked diligently to improve the health and well-being of our community.
