RCHF Integrated Health Initiative to Reduce Disparities in Physical and Behavioral Health (IHI)

RCHF will not release a new Request for Proposals for the 2019-2020 funding period. RCHF will continue with a second year of funding open to current grantees of the Integrated Health Initiative, for the grant period of December 1, 2019 to November 30, 2020. We will take this time to evaluate the effectiveness of current initiative strategies, and use the information to inform the approach to future funding.

Riverside Community Health Foundation expects to release an update on its grants program for 2020-2021 during the summer of 2020. Information about the issues prioritized for funding and application guidelines will be posted on at that time.
