August 21, 2018 – Riverside Community Health Foundation announces its 2018 Integrated Health Initiative to Reduce Disparities in Physical and Behavioral Health (IHI) Request for Proposals (RFP).

To be eligible to apply: (1) the applicant organization must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; government entity; or Native American Tribal government or organization; and (2) the applicant organization’s project must serve residents of the cities of Riverside and Jurupa Valley, and/or directly serve children ages 0 to 17 who reside in Riverside County.
