The Attorney General is reviewing the Request for Amendment of Riverside Community Health Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“RCHF”), pursuant to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 999.5(h). The Request for Amendment is for approval of the proposed amendments to RCHF’s Restated Articles of Incorporation. According to the applicant, the amendment will allow RCHF to use and distribute its assets to a broader category of health and wellness community needs as the current Articles of Incorporation limit the use and distribution of its assets to direct medical care services.
