2 cups of whole oatmeal
¼ cup of oatmeal flour
4 tbsp. of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. of baking soda
2 tbsp. of coconut oil
(or olive oil)
1/3 cup of chocolate chips or
70% chocolate, chopped cocoa
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, mix eggs, oil, and honey or maple syrup.
Add the whole oatmeal, flour and baking soda, mix again until
a dough is formed.
Add the chocolate chips and shape into cookies.
Place them on silicone mat or parchment paper, on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until they are slightly golden.
