Recipe of the Month!

Check out our June recipe of the month; Quinoa Veggie Salad! The prep time is only 15 minutes and it serves six people! Try it out and let us know what you think!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch chunks)
½ red onion (cut into ½-inch chunks)
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 teaspoon of oregano
¼ teaspoon salt or salt-free seasoning
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup Greek dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
