The information included below pertains to the 2018 Integrated Health Initiative to Reduce Disparities in Physical and Behavioral Health (IHI) Request for Proposals. Please note that the deadline to submit applications for this RFP has passed (as of October 1, 2018, 5:00 PM). The application period is closed until the next funding cycle is determined.
To be eligible to apply: (1) the application organization must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; government entity; or Native American Tribal government or organization; and (2) the applicant organization’s project must serve residents of the cities of Riverside and Jurupa Valley, and/or directly serve children ages 0 to 17 who reside in Riverside County.
