Eastside Community Health Partnership

Eastside Community Health Partnership

The Eastside Community Health Partnership was established in October of 2000 with the opening of the Eastside Health Center in the same year. Strengthening ties with area service providers has been one of the goals of the Eastside Community Health Partnership. Agencies including non-profit agencies, schools, faith based organizations, and County departments, meet quarterly to learn about eastside community resources and work together to address the many needs of community residents. The partnership also serves as a direct connection to the Eastside Health Center in which the Center can hear about the community needs and agencies can learn about clinical services available.

Meetings are held six times a year on the fourth Wednesday during the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
